• Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the fault.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

All orders from Maxi & Co are shipped via Australia Post.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
